The Participant warrants to WBS Henderson Limited that the above information is true, correct and accurate, and that the person authorised to receive rewards identified above is authorised to do so. The Participant agrees that any rewards issued to the Person Authorised to Receive Rewards are deemed to have been issued at the time the rewards have been despatched from WBS Henderson Limited, and WBS Henderson Limited has no further liability to the Participant once those rewards are despatched. Build Bucks accrued will be forfeited if the Participant’s account is not paid in full by the due date. By executing this application, the Participant agrees to receive marketing materials via electronic means. To opt out of this, the Participant needs to email sales@wbshenderson.co.nz and their records will be amended accordingly. The Participant warrants that they are responsible for any and all tax liabilities for them, their staff and their directors, officers and shareholders, or any other third party who they may pass the rewards on to, that may arise from the receipt and use of the rewards and indemnifies WBS Henderson Limited for all claims in this regard. WBS Henderson Limited reserves the right to amend, change, suspend or cancel the Build Bucks loyalty programme at any time without liability to the Participant or any other party.
